Four Rivers Medical Clinic is proud to announce our fourth location opening soon at Sherbrook and William in Winnipeg.  This location is an Urgent Care Centre, and will strive to be open 24 hours and be ready to accept and treat non-life threatening illnesses and injuries to people of all ages.  This centre will have a full service pharmacy attached and a full staff of physicians, nurses and support staff. 

The Four Rivers Medical Urgent Care Centre in Winnipeg is not an emergency department; but it is like one in the sense that you can go at any time without an appointment. This centre is convenient, open 24 hours and is fully staffed to better serve your medical needs. Emergency departments in hospitals often seem more convenient than your family doctor, but emergency care is expensive and you may have to wait a long time to see a doctor. 

If you have a life threatening injury or serious medical problem you should go to the emergency department of your local hospital.
