Established in February 2004 by Daren Jorgenson, Four Rivers Medical Clinic has grown in the community as a leading provider of health care services. Four Rivers Medical Clinics name was chosen to represent Winnipeg's Four Rivers - the Red River, the Assiniboine River, the Seine River and La Salle River.  Nature is strong within our communities as well as our roots; Four Rivers Medical Group maintains an element of nature within our company intending to maintain a balance between work, life and health for our patients and our staff.

Manitoba based Four Rivers Medical is proud to offer our patients hours that work. Between our three clinics walk in service is available between the hours of 7 AM and 10 PM (Rise and Shine Clinic Broadway opens at 7AM, After Hours Clinic Main Street stays open until 10PM).

No appointment is necessary at any of our locations; however walk in service is first come first serve. If you would like to request an appointment you can apply online or call the location of choice to request a time that is most convenient for you.
